TW-HD ergonomic log splitters feature a heavy-duty frame, a large hydraulic tank to ensure the fluid is always cool and filtered, a valve cover to protect hoses and fittings from weathering, and a 3' tall operator's platform, so operators won't have to hunch over while splitting. These heavy-duty log splitters also come standard with a hydraulic wedge lift and a hydraulic log lift.
These heavy-duty log splitters can be equipped with a 4" or 5" cylinder, the 4" offering a quicker cycle time while the 5" offers more splitting force.

The 74 HP TW-10 sits at the intersection between a traditional log splitter and a full-scale wood processor, combining the structural layout of a splitter with the scale and capability typically found in industrial processing equipment. Built on an extended 30-foot frame, it delivers a level of capacity and reach that rivals—and in many cases exceeds—conventional processors used in high-volume operations.
Designed for extreme material handling, the TW-10 is a true heavy-duty machine capable of breaking down logs up to 5 feet in diameter and 12 feet in length into manageable quarters. These oversized sections can then be further processed or efficiently fed into a wood chipper, making it a critical first-stage solution for handling otherwise unprocessable timber.
Despite its size, the unit remains fully towable thanks to its dual 7,000-pound axles, allowing operators to transport the machine directly to the job site rather than moving large logs to a fixed location. This mobility significantly improves workflow efficiency in remote or large-scale harvesting environments.
