Firewood Conveyors For Sale

Timberwolf firewood conveyors are engineered as complete material-handling solutions, combining practical design features that improve efficiency, reliability, and ease of use in firewood production systems. Each unit is equipped with a funnel-shaped hopper that streamlines the transfer of material from a log splitter to the conveyor, reducing spillage and ensuring a steady, controlled feed into the system. This design helps maintain consistent workflow and minimizes manual handling during processing.

To improve operational reliability, Timberwolf conveyors also feature tapered rollers that support self-correcting belt tracking. This system helps keep the conveyor belt centered during operation, even under varying loads or less-than-ideal ground conditions, reducing the need for frequent adjustments and minimizing downtime. In addition, a hydraulic lift cylinder allows operators to easily adjust conveyor height, providing flexible positioning for loading, stacking, or truck filling with minimal effort.

Timberwolf currently offers a full range of firewood conveyors to suit different production needs, including the TWC-12, TWC-16, TWC-24, and TWC-32 models. These conveyors range from compact, highly mobile units to large-scale industrial systems, allowing operators to select the right size and capacity for their specific firewood processing operation.

Increase Your Firewood Production

Every firewood professional understands the value of a reliable, easy-to-use firewood elevator in maintaining efficient production. A well-designed conveyor system not only increases output but also simplifies material handling and reduces the physical strain associated with moving firewood manually. By streamlining the transfer process, it helps turn a labor-intensive workflow into a smoother, more continuous operation.

Each Timberwolf wood conveyor is built with key performance features designed for durability and efficiency in the field. Tapered rollers provide self-correcting belt tracking to keep the system running smoothly with minimal adjustment, while a hydraulic lift cylinder allows for quick and precise height changes to match different loading or stacking requirements. A ground skid is also included to enhance stability during operation, ensuring consistent performance even under heavy loads.

Together, these features create a dependable system that improves productivity while reducing downtime and operator effort. With the TWC Series firewood conveyors, operators can simplify their firewood processing setup and maintain a more efficient, organized, and high-output workflow from start to finish.

firewood processing accessory for clean firewood

Offload Clean Firewood

Timberwolf’s Grizzly Bars are a simple yet highly effective upgrade that bolt directly onto the discharge end of the wood elevator, enhancing the final stage of firewood processing. Designed with tapered spacing, the bars allow fine material, bark, and debris to fall away before the product is fully offloaded, helping ensure a cleaner, more consistent final load.

In addition to improving cleanliness, the Grizzly Bars also help control the flow of split logs as they exit the conveyor, slowing their descent into a truck bed or storage area. This reduces impact, minimizes scattering, and helps maintain a more organized offload process.

Grizzly Bars can be installed on all TWC conveyor models except the TWC-12, making them a versatile option for most Timberwolf conveyor setups. By refining the final product and improving handling at the point of discharge, this accessory helps ensure firewood is ready to be packaged, sold, and efficiently moved into the market.

Conveyor With an Oscillating Axle

With the TWC-24 and TWC-32 firewood conveyors, operators can quickly shift the unit side-to-side to move away from growing piles of firewood, keeping production flowing with minimal interruption. This lateral mobility is made possible by the oscillating axle system, which is designed specifically to support controlled side-to-side movement in high-volume firewood operations.

Unlike standard fixed axles that only support forward alignment, the oscillating axle is engineered with an inward pivoting design that allows the entire conveyor to shift laterally as needed. This makes repositioning fast and intuitive—operators can simply push the conveyor in the desired direction to adjust its placement without shutting down or relocating the machine.

For enhanced control and efficiency, an optional drive motor can also be added to both the TWC-24 and TWC-32 models. This system allows powered side-to-side movement and is operated through two single-spool valves, giving operators precise control over positioning during active production.

This oscillating axle feature is exclusive to the TWC-24 and TWC-32 firewood conveyors, providing larger-scale systems with added flexibility that supports continuous, high-output firewood processing.

A Disc Screener for Firewood Providers

In the firewood industry, where many businesses are ultimately selling a similar end product, differentiation often comes down to quality, consistency, and presentation. One of the most effective ways to stand out in a competitive market is by delivering cleaner, more uniform firewood that is ready for immediate sale with minimal additional handling.

The AutoFine disc screener is designed specifically to achieve that level of product refinement. Standing 10 feet tall and weighing 1,690 pounds, it provides the necessary height, stability, and structural strength to receive material directly from a wood conveyor and efficiently process it as part of a continuous production line. Its heavy-duty design ensures stable offloading and consistent separation of fines, debris, and unwanted material.

To improve material flow and system integration, an optional hopper and discharge chute can be added. These components help guide firewood smoothly from the conveyor onto the disc screener and then onward to the next stage of processing or storage, reducing disruption and maintaining steady production.

The AutoFine is also built for flexible power options. It can be driven directly by a compatible firewood processor through its integrated auxiliary port, or powered independently using an optional Power Pack equipped with a 4.9 HP engine. This portable power unit can be positioned separately from the machine, giving operators greater flexibility in setup while maintaining safe and efficient operation
